We were in Kauai last week-you made a point to bake rolls for me...they were awesome. and we did try the pizza at Coconut mktplace w/ your crust. a wonderful treat. Everyday we checked as we drove by and you were closed over the weekend-13th and 14th or we would have stopped in...loved your energy and all your wonderful treats..thank you for all of it!!!...oh yeah and I love the t-shirt.-back home now in Seattle. Can't wait to make the Mango-Macadamia nut muffins.

My husband & I are coming to Kauai the second week of March...we will be celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary!!! I am looking forward to visiting your bakery... I have been reading how wonderful ALL your baked goods are and I can't wait to try them! We were wondering if you serve meals as well...we were looking at your sample menu,is that only for weddings or is it availible daily? I am a bit nervous of spending 8 days on Kauai because when I googled Gluten free in Hawaii you were the only one to come up for Kauai. We are thinking because you have Celiac's disease also, that you would probably be able to recommend some places that you dine out at, or places the chef would be able to work with us.

We are coming to Kauai on vacation beginning Saturday, January 30th for a week. We are very excited to check out your backery. We are both gluten and casein free, so I hope you have some things that are casein free as well as gluten free. Looking forward to meeting you. Do you serve meals at the bakery as well or have some we can take to our condo with us?

I had forgotten how wonderful it is to indulge in a delicous cake or muffin. If you were in Seattle I would be a very happy 200 lb Celiac.

I was there several months ago and still cannot stop thinking about that carrot cake.
