i am a former science teacher and have two great boys and a wonderful husband. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 4 years ago. My symptoms were anemia and some gas. My sister and her daughter have the disease also. My sister had the same symptoms but her daughter had a lot of digestive problems and is also lactose intolerant.
